Invite and manage members
An administrator opens Organisation, enters the colleague's email under Invite a member, chooses a role and chooses Invite. The person receives an email with a link to join, and the invitation is valid for 72 hours. To remove someone, the administrator chooses Remove on that person's row under Members. It takes effect immediately.
Open the account menu in the top right and choose Organisation. On a phone, Organisation is under More.
Invite a colleague
Go to the Members section and the heading Invite a member.
Enter the colleague's Email.
Choose the Role: Member, Administrator or Billing.
Choose Invite. The message The invitation is created. The person receives a message with a link to join. appears.
The email's subject is You are invited to followed by the organisation's name, with the button Accept invitation. The invitation is valid for 72 hours.
How your colleague joins
Your colleague chooses Accept invitation in the email.
Someone new to STRIA enters their name, chooses a password of at least 12 characters and chooses Create account and join.
Someone who already has a STRIA account confirms with their current password and chooses Join. The password does not change.
Your colleague then signs in and is part of the organisation with the role you chose.
The invitation has not arrived
Ask your colleague to check their spam folder. If the invitation has expired or gone missing, invite the person again the same way. If you see That person is already a member or invited., the person is already a member of the organisation.
End a membership
Under Members, find the person in the table.
Choose Remove on the person's row.
Leave the organisation yourself
You cannot end your own membership. Ask another administrator to do it. If you are the only administrator, contact STRIA support.
Change a role
An existing member's role cannot be changed in the workspace in this version. Contact STRIA support if a role needs to change.
Who sees the member list?
Only administrators see the Members section and can invite or remove. The list shows active members with name, email and role.
