Roles and permissions
There are three roles. Administrator manages the organisation, its members, access and agreements and can accept proposals. Member sends requests, follows the work and answers STRIA's questions, but does not accept proposals or decide on access. Billing is for the finance function and can see invoices and accept proposals. The person who registers the organisation becomes administrator.
A role applies per organisation. If you belong to several organisations, you can have different roles in them. STRIA checks the role on every action. If someone tries something their role does not allow, they see You do not have permission to do this.

Which role should we choose?
Give Administrator to the few who make decisions for the organisation: accepting proposals, access and agreements, and managing members. Give Member to colleagues who describe needs and follow the work. Give Billing to whoever handles invoices and payments.
Notifications
Notifications about new invoices go to administrators and to people with the Billing role.
Change a role
An existing member's role cannot be changed in the workspace in this version. Contact STRIA support. The person who registered the organisation is administrator from the start.
