STRIA's email address is in the footer of the home page, the Help Center and the workspace, and in the documents under Legal documents.
If you cannot sign in
Write to STRIA's email address in the footer of the home page or the Help Center. Give your organization's name and the email address on the account, but never send your password.
Suspected unauthorized sign-in
Change your password under Account, Change password. Other sessions on the account are then signed out.
Tell STRIA without delay through the email address in the footer.
If the person should no longer have access, an administrator chooses Remove next to them under Organization, Members.
Response times
STRIA does not promise response or resolution times beyond what your order states. Technical Care gives queue priority by plan, not guaranteed response times.
