Changing your email address, two-factor authentication and signed-in devices are handled via STRIA support in this version. The organisation's details, agreements and members are under Organisation, not under Account.
Open the account menu in the top right and choose Account. On a phone, Account is under More.
Change your name
Under Your profile, enter your name in Name.
Choose Save. The message Your name is saved. appears.
Change your password
Under Change password, enter your Current password.
Enter the New password and Repeat new password. The password needs at least 12 characters.
Choose Change password. The message Your password is changed. appears, and other sessions on your account are signed out.
If you see The current password is not correct., the current password was mistyped. If you see The new passwords do not match., the two new fields differ.
Language and appearance
Under Preferences, choose the Language with SV or EN. It only changes what you see. The organisation's language is set under Organisation. Under Appearance, choose light mode (sun), dark mode (moon) or Auto, which follows your device. The choice is kept on your account and follows you to other devices. Language and appearance are also in the account menu in the top right.
Change email address
Email changes go through STRIA support in this version. Your email address is shown under Your profile.
Two-factor and signed-in devices
Two-factor authentication and signed-in devices are handled via STRIA support in this version. Changing your password signs out every other session on your account.
Several organisations
If you belong to several organisations, they are listed under Your organisations with your role in each. Choose Switch to move to another. The current one opens with Open.
Delete the account
There is no function to delete the account in the workspace. Contact STRIA support. Data that STRIA must keep by law, for example for bookkeeping, is not deleted until that period has passed.
