Sign in to STRIA
Choose Sign in, enter your email and password and choose Sign in. Tick Remember me on this device to stay signed in for up to 30 days. Without it, the session ends when the browser closes. If you have forgotten your password, choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.
Choose Sign in on the STRIA CODE website.
Enter your Email and Password.
Tick Remember me on this device if only you use the device.
Choose Sign in. You arrive in your organisation's workspace.
How long do I stay signed in?
With Remember me on this device the session is kept on the device for up to 30 days. Without it, the session ends when the browser closes. Changing your password signs out your other sessions.
Forgotten password
Choose Forgot your password? below the Sign in button.
Enter the email address you sign in with and choose Send link.
Open the email from STRIA and choose Choose a new password. The link is valid for 30 minutes and works once.
Enter the new password twice, at least 12 characters, and choose Save password. Then sign in with the new password.
Every session on the account ends when the password is changed. If no email arrives, check your spam folder and that the address is spelled correctly. The page shows the same message whether or not the address is registered, for security reasons.
Sign in failed
If you see Sign in failed. Check your email and password., the email or password is wrong. Check the spelling and Caps Lock. After several failed attempts in a row, new attempts are blocked for a while, so wait before trying again. If you see STRIA is temporarily unavailable., try again in a moment.
The account is not activated
Signing in works once the account has been activated with the link in the verification email. If the link has not arrived, see the article on the verification email.
Several organisations
You sign in once. Switch organisation in the account menu in the top right, or under Account and Your organisations with Switch. The choice is kept on your account, so your next sign-in opens the same organisation.
STRIA as an app
Under Account you find STRIA as an app with the Download the app button. On iPhone and iPad, open STRIA in Safari, tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen. Tick Remember me at sign-in and the app opens straight into the workspace.
Sign out
Choose Sign out in the account menu in the top right, or at the bottom of the Account page. Always sign out on a device that others use.
