Pay an invoice

Pay the invoice by bank transfer. Everything you need is on the invoice in the workspace, under How to pay. Use the reference when you pay, so the payment can be matched to the invoice.

   Open the invoice under Invoices.

   Read the How to pay section: the amount under Amount to pay, the last payment date, the payment details and the Reference.

   Pay by bank transfer from your bank and include the reference.

   Once STRIA has recorded the payment, the invoice shows as Paid and the payment is listed under Payments.

Payment details

How to pay lists the payment details STRIA has provided, for example bank giro, plusgiro, IBAN or BIC. If it says Bank transfer as agreed instead, the payment details are on the invoice PDF.

Card and other methods

Invoices are paid by bank transfer. Card payment or any other payment directly in the workspace is not available.

When the payment shows

STRIA records the incoming payment against the invoice. The invoice then shows as Paid, or as Partly paid with the amount paid if something remains. If the payment has not appeared after some time, contact STRIA support with the invoice number, amount and payment date.

Paying after the due date

Late payment accrues default interest under the Swedish Interest Act from the due date and, where the statutory conditions are met, statutory late-payment compensation and compensation for reminders and debt collection. If an undisputed invoice remains unpaid after a reminder, STRIA may pause ongoing work or Care until payment is received.

If the amount is wrong

Contact STRIA support with the invoice number and what is wrong. An incorrect invoice is corrected with a credit note and, where needed, a new invoice. Amounts that are not disputed are to be paid on time.
