Invoice FAQ
Invoices are under Invoices in the workspace and are paid by bank transfer with the reference on the invoice. The due date is on every invoice; prices exclude VAT. If an amount is wrong, contact STRIA support; an incorrect invoice is corrected with a credit note and, where needed, a new invoice. The administrator changes billing details under Organisation.

These are the answers to the most common questions about invoices from STRIA CODE. Each answer stands on its own.
When do we receive an invoice?
Invoices are based on what you have approved. For an assignment the basis is the proposal you accepted; for STRIA CODE Partner and Technical Care it is the monthly fee per calendar month. When an invoice is issued it appears under Invoices, and administrators and members with the Billing role receive an email.
What are our payment terms?
The due date is on every invoice and in the workspace. The General Terms section 10.2 set the default: twenty days from the invoice date, unless the proposal states otherwise.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer. The amount, last payment date, payment details and reference are under How to pay on the invoice. Card payment or payment directly in the workspace is not available.
Are prices including or excluding VAT?
All prices are stated excluding VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. The invoice shows the VAT rate per line, and the VAT is added to the total.
We are a company outside Sweden. How is VAT handled?
The VAT treatment is shown on the invoice. If the invoice is issued under the reverse charge, it states that the recipient accounts for the VAT. STRIA support answers questions about which VAT treatment applies to your organisation.
Where do we enter our VAT number?
Under Organisation, Billing details, in the VAT number field. The field is optional, and the number is printed on the invoice when filled in.
The invoice amount is wrong. What do we do?
Contact STRIA support, preferably before the due date, with the invoice number and what is wrong. An incorrect invoice is corrected with a credit note and, where needed, a new invoice. Amounts that are not disputed are to be paid on time, even if you dispute another invoice or another part of the service.
What is a credit note?
A credit note reduces or cancels the amount of an issued invoice and refers to it. It sits under Invoices, marked Credit note, with its own PDF. The credited invoice gets the status Credited. Credit notes are issued by STRIA.
