Troubleshooting
The verification email did not arrive
Check your spam folder first. The link goes to the address you registered and is valid for 24 hours. If nothing arrived, choose Resend link on the Check your email page, in the same browser shortly after registering. If the link has expired or a new one cannot be sent, contact STRIA support. Do not register the organization again.
The account is activated only once you have opened the link in the verification email and chosen Activate account. Until then you cannot sign in.
Check your spam folder and any filters or quarantine for incoming email.
Check that the address shown on the Check your email page is correct.
Choose Resend link. The message A new link has been sent if that address is awaiting verification. appears.
Open the most recent link and choose Activate account.
The link is invalid or expired
The message appears when the link is older than 24 hours, has already been used or is incomplete, for example when it was split across two lines in the email. Each link works once. Choose Send a new link, or contact STRIA support if that does not work.
A new link could not be sent
A new link can be sent only from the same browser shortly after registering. If the page has been closed, or you are on another device, contact STRIA support with the organization's name and the email address you registered.
I entered the wrong email address
Contact STRIA support. Do not register the organization again: the registration number is already linked to the account awaiting activation, so a new registration is stopped.
