STRIA CODE does technical work for businesses under a proposal with a fixed price or a from-price that you accept before work starts. STRIA's team does the work, and it is reviewed before delivery. Once you have paid in full, the rights to what was created specifically for you are transferred. STRIA works only within the access you grant.

What does STRIA CODE do?
STRIA CODE provides technical services to businesses: troubleshooting and fixes, investigations, websites, web apps and internal tools, system integrations, automation, AI features, rescue and productionising, migration and modernisation, new features, optimisation and ongoing care with Technical Care.
What does STRIA CODE not do?
STRIA CODE does not sell to consumers. No service level, availability guarantee or response time applies unless it is expressly stated in your order. STRIA does not guarantee a particular business result, such as sales, ranking or savings, unless it is stated as a binding commitment in the proposal. STRIA is not responsible for third-party services or for your own systems that STRIA does not control.
How is STRIA CODE different from an agency or a consultant?
STRIA CODE works in a set way. You receive a proposal with a fixed price or a from-price before any billable work starts. You follow everything in your own workspace. STRIA works only within the access you have approved. Changes outside the agreed scope are priced separately and openly, and a job that grows is paused until you have approved the continuation.
What do fixed price and from-price mean?
The proposal states either a fixed price or a from-price, always excluding VAT. A from-price covers a real minimum scope as set out in the proposal. If the job grows, STRIA pauses and asks for new approval before any further billable work.
Does it cost anything to create an account or send a request?
Registration is free. No billable work starts before you have accepted a proposal. The assessment and proposal preparation STRIA does in order to make the proposal happen before acceptance.
Who does the work?
The work is carried out by STRIA's team, who appear by name under Your STRIA team on the case. Every delivery is reviewed and verified before it counts as done. STRIA may use its own and external tools and subcontractors, and is responsible for the delivery under the agreement whatever tools are used.
