Terms and agreements explained
Your agreement with STRIA consists of the accepted proposal, the Data Processing Agreement when STRIA processes personal data for you, access mandates, the General Terms and the Acceptable Use and Access Policy. On conflict they apply in that order. The terms apply only between businesses, and the Swedish version prevails over the English one.

Which document comes first
The documents apply in the order proposal, Data Processing Agreement, access mandate, General Terms and the Acceptable Use and Access Policy. The Data Processing Agreement always prevails on matters of personal data processing in the processor role. If the Swedish and English versions differ, the Swedish version prevails.
At registration
The person registering the organisation confirms their authority, accepts the General Terms and confirms they have read the Privacy Notice. Registration is not an order. A job only arises when you accept a proposal. Actions taken by an authorised account within its role are binding on the organisation.

When the terms change
When the General Terms are updated it shows under Organisation, Agreements and terms. An administrator needs to accept the new version before new proposals can be accepted or new programmes activated. Existing jobs, invoices and your data are not affected. If a change is materially to your disadvantage, STRIA normally gives at least 30 days notice, and you can terminate the affected ongoing service before it takes effect. The price and scope of an already accepted proposal do not change.
