STRIA CODE Partner FAQ
Partner is activated by the organisation's administrator and applies from activation to new commitments, never retroactively. Proposals you have already accepted do not change. The fee is SEK 2,990 per month excluding VAT. Notice given during the first six months takes effect when the initial term ends, and after that thirty days after notice.

These are the answers to the most common questions about STRIA CODE Partner. Each answer stands on its own.
Who can activate Partner?
The organisation's administrator. Members and people with the Billing role see the Partner section under Organisation with the text Partner is activated by your organisation administrator.
What is needed to activate?
The organisation's billing details must be complete: legal name, billing address and email for invoices. If the General Terms have been updated, the administrator first needs to accept the new version. The administrator then confirms a statement about their authority and the terms.
When does Partner pricing apply?
From activation, to new commitments. Partner pricing is not retroactive. The price that applies to an assignment is the one in the proposal you accept.
Are proposals we have already accepted affected?
Accepted proposals do not change, neither when Partner is activated nor when notice is given. Partner pricing confirmed in an accepted proposal applies to that assignment under the proposal.
We have a proposal we have not accepted yet. Does it get Partner pricing?
The price is in the proposal, and that is the price you accept. If you are unsure whether a proposal has Partner pricing, contact STRIA support before you accept it.
Which services get Partner pricing?
Services that are eligible for Partner pricing at the time of order. Fees and services expressly excluded are not covered. The proposal shows the price per line, and the Your saving line shows the difference from the ordinary price.
How is the Partner fee invoiced?
The fee is SEK 2,990 per month excluding VAT and is invoiced per calendar month. The first fee covers the month in which Partner is activated.
Can we combine Partner with Technical Care?
Care can be combined with Partner to the extent the pricing rule states. Under the current pricing rule, a Partner organisation pays 75 per cent of the Care fee, and the fee for your pricing level is shown when the administrator orders Care. If you already have Care when you activate Partner, the Care fee changes from the next monthly period.
