What is Technical Care?
Technical Care is ongoing management of a solution you already have, within a responsibility boundary STRIA defines before activation. You get a number of Care requests per month for minor, bounded work, a health review every period and queue priority by plan. The Essential, Standard and Growth plans start at SEK 3,000 per month excluding VAT. Priority is quoted.
Care applies per solution, for example a website, a web app or an integration. STRIA defines which systems are covered and where the responsibility boundary lies before Care is activated, and nothing is charged before activation.
What STRIA does
STRIA looks after the covered solution on an ongoing basis. STRIA handles your Care requests for minor, bounded work, follows the solution's health and incidents, carries out a health review every period and makes recommendations that you decide on. From the Standard plan upwards, basic monitoring of covered systems is included where technically appropriate.
Under Care in the workspace you see which systems are covered, how they are doing, how many Care requests you have used this period, active work and the latest health review.
What is included
Each plan gives a fixed number of Care requests per month, a health review every period and queue priority by plan. Basic monitoring is included from Standard. Unused requests do not carry over to the next period.
If something STRIA delivered does not work as agreed, it is corrected within the delivery's correction window without using your Care requests.
What is not included
New capabilities, larger features, new integrations and migrations are separate work and are quoted. Systems and components outside the responsibility boundary are not covered. Care is not a bank of hours and not unlimited development.
What does it cost?
| Plan | Per month ex VAT | Care requests per month |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | SEK 3,000 | 1 |
| Standard | SEK 5,500 | 2 |
| Growth | SEK 10,000 | 4 |
| Priority | Quoted | As agreed |
