How the workspace works

The workspace is your organisation's own space at STRIA. Home shows what needs your attention, current work, projects, deliveries and billing. The menu leads to Requests, Projects, Invoices, Proposals and Care. The account menu at the top right leads to Access, Insights, Organisation, Account and the Help Centre.

The app

The workspace always shows one organisation at a time. Most things you need to do start on Home, and everything else is reached from the menu and the account menu.

Home

At the top are the New request and Requests buttons, and at a glance how many things Need you, your Open cases and Open invoices. Below follow Needs your attention (for example a proposal to review, information STRIA needs or access to approve), Current work, Proposals to review when there are any, Your projects and systems, Recent deliveries and Billing. The number next to Home in the menu shows how many things need you.

Invoices	Invoices with status, PDF and how to pay.
Proposals	Proposals awaiting your decision and the ones you have accepted.
Care	Solutions STRIA maintains with Technical Care.
Access	What STRIA may do in your systems, where and for how long. Shown to administrators.
Insights	Suggestions STRIA has prepared from how your solutions run. You decide.
Organisation	Organisation details, billing details, programmes, agreements and terms, and members.
Account	Your own details: name, password, language, appearance and the app.
Help Centre	Answers on how STRIA CODE works.

Where the menu items are

Home, Requests, Projects and Invoices are always visible. Proposals and Care show on wider screens and otherwise sit under More. Access, Insights, Organisation, Account and the Help Centre are in the account menu at the top right on desktop. On a phone the menu is a bar at the bottom, and the other items are under More.

Language

The language in the account menu only changes what you see. The organisation's language is set by an administrator under Organisation. It is the language STRIA writes to the organisation in: messages from STRIA's team, invoices and notices to new members.

Roles

Access is shown only to administrators. Under Organisation, administrators edit the details and invite members, while others can read the details without changing them.

Account and Organisation

Account is about you as a person: name, password and your own preferences. Organisation is about the company: name, registration number, billing details, Partner and Care, accepted terms and members.

The app

The workspace can be installed as an app on your computer or on your phone's home screen. Under Account, in the STRIA as an app section, is the Download the app button. On iPhone and iPad, open STRIA in Safari, tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen. Tick Remember me on this device when you sign in and the app opens straight into the workspace.
