Guide
From request to delivery
A request first shows as Submitted and becomes Proposal ready once STRIA has assessed it. When you accept the proposal the work becomes Scheduled and then In progress. If STRIA needs something from you it shows Waiting for you. Once the delivery is reviewed and verified it is Delivered, and Completed when it has been handed over.

Send a request. Choose New request, write a short title and describe what you need. Attach screenshots, documents or examples if they help, up to 50 MB per file. Choose Send to STRIA. Status: Submitted.
STRIA assesses. If STRIA needs more information, STRIA needs some information appears on the case and the status becomes Waiting for you. Answer directly on the case.
You receive a proposal. The status becomes Proposal ready and the proposal shows under Needs your attention on Home and under Proposals. It shows what is included, assumptions, amounts excluding VAT and how long it is valid.
You accept. Choose Accept proposal. Only then does billable work start. The status becomes Scheduled and then In progress.
The work is done. On the case you see what happens next, who in Your STRIA team is working on it, and your conversation with STRIA. If the work needs access to a system, STRIA asks for it under Access.
Delivery. Once the work is reviewed and verified it shows Delivered and verified, and the status becomes Delivered. When the delivery has been handed over the status becomes Completed.
Invoice. The invoice appears under Invoices with a PDF and information on how to pay.
Notifications
STRIA sends a notification, in the workspace and by email, when STRIA needs information from you, when a proposal is ready, when a delivery is ready and when an invoice is issued. Invoice notifications go to administrators and to members with the billing role. Routine work does not notify.
Changes during the work
Choose Request a change on the case and say whether it is A small adjustment, whether Something does not work as agreed, or whether it is New or expanded work. You are told right away whether the change is part of the existing work or changes the agreed scope, price or timing. If it changes the agreement, STRIA sends a proposal before any work starts.
If the job grows
If the job turns out larger, different or more complex than the proposal, STRIA pauses before any further billable work, documents what has come up and asks for your approval.
Delays
If the work is materially delayed, STRIA tells you on the case and the status shows as Delayed. Temporary technical problems that do not affect the delivery do not show as delays.
