What is STRIA CODE?
STRIA CODE is a technical service for businesses. You describe what you need in your own words. STRIA assesses the need and sends a proposal with a fixed price or a from-price, and no billable work starts before you accept. You follow everything in your own workspace, from request to delivery, invoice and ongoing care with Technical Care.
STRIA CODE builds, connects, automates, rescues and maintains digital solutions for businesses. You do not need to pick a package or know the technology. You describe the result you want, and STRIA does the technical assessment.

Who the service is for
STRIA CODE is for businesses and other traders. The services are not offered to consumers. The account is registered for the whole organisation with its registration number. Registration currently accepts registration numbers from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Spain.
How the work is done
You describe what you need in a request, with screenshots or documents if they help.
STRIA assesses the request and sends a proposal with a fixed price or a from-price, always excluding VAT.
You accept the proposal. Only then does billable work start.
The work is done and you follow the status in your workspace. Every delivery is reviewed and verified before it counts as done.
With Technical Care, STRIA maintains the solution after delivery. You see health, incidents and recommendations, and you decide.
Who does the work?
The work is carried out by STRIA's team. They appear by name in the workspace, under Your STRIA team on the case. Every delivery is reviewed and verified before it counts as done, and STRIA is responsible for the delivery under the agreement whatever technical tools are used.
What you can rely on
No billable work starts without your approval. STRIA works only within the access you have granted, in the environments you chose. If a job turns out larger than the proposal, STRIA pauses, documents what has come up and comes back to you before any further billable work.
