Send a request
Choose New request on Home or under Requests. Write a short title and describe, in your own words, the result you want. You do not need to know the technical details. Attach screenshots, documents or examples if they help, up to 50 MB per file, then choose Send to STRIA. The request gets the status Submitted.
A request is where all work with STRIA CODE begins, whether it is something to fix, a new website, an integration or a question you want investigated. You describe the need. STRIA assesses it and sends a proposal before any chargeable work starts.
How to send a request
Open Home and choose New request, or open Requests and choose New request.
Write a Short title that says what it is about, for example “The contact form sends no emails”.
Under What do you need?, describe the result you want in your own words.
Choose Attach files for screenshots, documents or examples. Wait until the upload has finished.
Choose Send to STRIA. The request opens with the status Submitted.
What is useful to include?
Describe the result you want, not the technical solution. You do not need to pick a service, a package or a technology; STRIA does the technical classification. This helps STRIA assess the need:

Attach files
You can attach images, documents and PDFs, up to 50 MB per file. If an upload fails, it is shown next to the file and you can choose Try again or Remove. The request cannot be sent while a file is uploading.
Who can send requests?
Users with the Administrator or Member role can send requests. The Billing role is meant for proposals and invoices and cannot send requests.
Adding information later
A sent request cannot be edited. Open it under Requests and add what is missing under Conversation. You can attach more files there too.
