Ask for changes to a proposal
There is no dedicated button for requesting changes to a proposal. Open the request under Requests and describe in the conversation what you want changed and why. If STRIA changes the proposal, it gets a new version. You always accept the current version, so read it again before you choose Accept proposal.
How to ask for a change
Note the case reference in the list under Proposals. It follows the proposal's own number.
Open Requests and choose the request with the same reference.
Under Conversation, write what you want changed and why, for example a part you want removed or an assumption that is wrong. Attach files if it helps.
Choose Send. STRIA's reply appears in the same conversation.
When the proposal gets a new version
A changed proposal is shown as the current version on the proposal page. If you try to accept a version that has been replaced, you see “This proposal has changed. Please review the current version.” Reload the page and read the new version before you accept.
Changes after acceptance
Once the proposal is accepted and the work has been planned, use Request a change on the case page. Anything beyond what you agreed leads to a new proposal before any work on the change starts.
