Guide
Accept or decline a proposal
Open the proposal under Proposals and choose Accept proposal. Acceptance binds your organisation and applies to the version you see. Users with the Administrator or Billing role can accept. There is no button to decline. If you do not want to go ahead, simply do not accept, and no chargeable work starts.
Accept a proposal
Open Proposals and choose the proposal under To review.
Read what is included, the assumptions and the total.
Choose Accept proposal.
The confirmation “Accepted. Thank you, we will begin shortly.” appears and the proposal moves to Accepted.
Once the proposal is accepted, STRIA plans the work. The case shows Scheduled when the work is planned and In progress once it has started. You follow it under Requests and Projects.
Who may accept?
Users with the Administrator or Billing role can accept proposals. Members can read a proposal but not accept it. The person accepting must be authorised to bind the organisation, and an acceptance made from an authorised account is binding on you.
If you do not want to go ahead
There is no button to decline a proposal in the workspace. If you do not want to go ahead, simply do not accept it. No chargeable work starts without acceptance. You are welcome to write in the request's conversation how you want to proceed, so STRIA knows.
