Proposal FAQ

No chargeable execution work starts before you accept the proposal in the workspace or in another expressly agreed way. Before acceptance, STRIA carries out the assessment and proposal preparation needed to make the offer.

Prices exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. The proposal shows Subtotal excl. VAT, VAT and Total on separate lines.

A starting price covers a genuine minimum scope described in the proposal. If the job turns out larger, different or more complex, STRIA pauses before doing further chargeable work outside the approved scope, documents what has come to light and asks for your approval.

Changes, additions and requests outside the accepted scope are priced separately. STRIA does not carry out such additional chargeable work without your approval.

A proposal is accepted as a whole, in the version you see. If you want a different scope, ask STRIA for a revised proposal in the request's conversation.

When a proposal has a validity date, the list under Proposals shows it as Valid until followed by the date.

Users with the Administrator or Billing role. The person accepting must be authorised to bind the organisation.

An assignment that has not been completed can be cancelled by written notice. STRIA is then entitled to payment for work up to the stop date, reasonable documented wind-down costs and external costs that cannot reasonably be recovered or cancelled. STRIA shall reasonably limit further costs.
