Give notice on Technical Care
An organisation administrator gives notice under Organisation, Technical Care, with Give notice on this Care agreement. Unless the order states otherwise, the notice period is thirty days. The end date is shown before you confirm, and Care applies until then. An order that has not been activated yet is withdrawn instead, at no cost.
Open Organisation in the workspace menu and go to Technical Care.
Choose Give notice on this Care agreement on the active agreement.
Read the end date. The text Notice given today takes effect shows the date Care ends.
Read the statement, tick the box and choose Give notice.
The agreement then shows Notice given with the date, and the date until which Care applies. Only organisation administrators can give notice on Care.
During the notice period
Care applies until the end date, and you can send Care requests as usual within your plan. A scheduled plan change is removed when notice is given, and the plan cannot be changed after notice.
After the end date
After the end date, the solution is no longer covered by Care. A new request about the solution gets the outcome No active Care, and STRIA sends a proposal for separate work. Earlier health reviews and requests remain available.
Access when Care ends
Access mandates do not end automatically when Care ends. If the access is no longer needed, an administrator can choose Revoke access on the mandate under Access. Before you confirm, you see what the revocation affects. Revocation takes effect immediately, and work that depends on the access stops.
An order that has not started
An order STRIA has not yet activated is not given notice on. Choose Withdraw the order instead. Nothing has been billed and nothing is owed.
