Order Technical Care for a solution
An organisation administrator orders Technical Care under Organisation, Technical Care. Complete the billing details, choose a plan, describe the solution, confirm the statement and choose Order Technical Care. STRIA then defines the responsibility boundary and activates Care. The fee starts only at activation, and an order that has not been activated can be withdrawn at no cost.
Open Organisation in the workspace menu and go to Technical Care. From the Care page you reach the same place with the Order Technical Care button.
Under 1. Billing details, fill in the legal name, billing address and email for invoices, then choose Save billing details. If they are already complete, it says Billing details are complete.
Under 2. Order Technical Care, choose a plan: Care Essential, Care Standard or Care Growth. The fee is shown for your pricing tier.
Describe the solution in the field The solution you want under Care: what it is, where it runs, who has access today and what worries you most.
Read the statement for the chosen plan, tick the box and choose Order Technical Care.
After you order
The order is shown with its plan and date. STRIA defines the solution's responsibility boundary, checks that it can be looked after and activates Care. Nothing is billed before activation. Once Care is active, you receive a notice that STRIA now takes care of the solution, and the solution appears under Care.
STRIA needs access
Care can only be activated when every system to be covered falls under an active access mandate that you have granted. STRIA works only within the access you have granted, in the environments you have chosen.
Withdraw an order
As long as STRIA has not activated Care, an administrator can choose Withdraw the order on the order. Nothing has been billed and nothing is owed.
If you cannot place the order
Technical Care is ordered by the organisation administrator. Other roles see the message Technical Care is ordered by your organisation administrator. If billing details are missing, you see Complete the billing details above first. If the General Terms have been updated, an administrator needs to accept the new version under Agreements and terms on the same page before Care can be ordered.
Priority and more solutions
Priority is not ordered directly. Choose Ask about Priority, describe the solution and the need in the request, and STRIA comes back with a proposal. If you already have an active Care agreement, Order Care for another solution is on the same page, and the order works the same way.
