Guide
Receive and review a delivery
When the work is delivered you receive an email and the case shows Delivered. Under Deliveries on the case page you see the delivery's reference, date and Delivered and verified. Review the delivery against what is listed under What you requested. If something is wrong, choose Request a change and describe the deviation so STRIA can assess it.
STRIA reviews and verifies the delivery against the accepted proposal before the assignment is marked complete. Verified means STRIA has carried out reasonable technical checks against the agreed scope. It is not a warranty that the software is entirely error-free or that third-party systems will never change.
Where is the delivery?
You receive an email with the subject Delivered: and the name of the work. Choose See the delivery.
In the workspace, the work appears under Recent deliveries on Home with the status Delivered.
On the case page, the delivery is listed under Deliveries with its reference and date.
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Delivered and verified, status Delivered | The delivery is done and verified by STRIA. |
| Handed over and complete, status Completed | STRIA has handed over the delivery and the work is closed. |
Review the delivery
Compare the delivery with what is listed under What you requested on the case page and, where defined, the criteria in the same section. Ask questions in Conversation.
If something is wrong
Choose Request a change under Changes on the case page.
Choose Something does not work as agreed.
Describe the deviation so STRIA can reproduce or assess it: what you did, what you expected and what happened. Attach screenshots if they help.
Choose Send to STRIA. The change is shown as Part of the existing work.
A delivery that materially deviates from the accepted proposal must be reported in writing without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the deviation was discovered or should have been discovered. STRIA has the primary right to remedy a verified defect within a reasonable time before you engage anyone else at STRIA's expense. STRIA is not responsible for defects caused by changes made by you or a third party, defects in your existing systems or third-party services outside STRIA's control.
Adjustments and new work
Choose A small adjustment for something within what you agreed, such as wording or a colour. Choose New or expanded work for something beyond the agreement; STRIA then sends a proposal before any work starts.
Who owns the result?
You keep the rights to your own material and data. Once STRIA has received full payment for the assignment, the economic rights in what was created specifically for you within the accepted scope are assigned to you. STRIA's pre-existing and generally reusable technology is not part of the assignment. You may use, run, copy and modify that part as part of your solution under a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence. Third-party components and open-source software follow their own licences.
