What do the statuses mean?
A request or case has one of nine statuses: Submitted, Proposal ready, Scheduled, In progress, Waiting for you, Delayed, Delivered, Completed and Cancelled. Proposal ready and Waiting for you mean something needs you. The others mean the work is with STRIA or has been closed.

Requests and cases
| Status | What it means | What you do |

| Submitted | STRIA has received the request and is preparing next steps. | Nothing. Add details in the conversation if you like. |
| Proposal ready | A proposal is ready to review. | Read the proposal and accept it if you want to go ahead. |
| Scheduled | The work is approved and planned and starts shortly. | Nothing. |
| In progress | The work is in progress. The name of the person working on the case is shown when there is one. | Nothing. Follow the work on the case page. |
| Waiting for you | STRIA needs something from you to continue. | Answer under STRIA needs some information. |
| Delayed | The work is taking longer than planned. | Read STRIA's message in the conversation. |
| Delivered | The work has been delivered and verified. | Review the delivery. |
| Completed | The delivery has been handed over and the work is closed. | Nothing. |
| Cancelled | The request or work has been closed without a delivery. | Write in the conversation if you have questions. |
In the lists, Proposal ready and Waiting for you sit under Needs you. Submitted, Scheduled, In progress and Delayed sit under With STRIA. Delivered, Completed and Cancelled sit under Done.
Changes
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Received | STRIA has received the change. |
| Proposal sent | The change goes beyond what you agreed, and STRIA has sent a proposal for it. |
| Accepted | The change has been accepted. |
| Being applied | The change is being carried out. |
| Declined | The change will not be carried out. |
| Done | The change is done. |
Each change is also marked Part of the existing work or Changes the agreed scope, price and/or timing.
Proposals

| To review | The proposal is waiting for your decision. |
| In review | The proposal is not ready for your decision yet. |
| Accepted | The proposal has been accepted. |
